Cancellation after placing an order

Request to customers

Once payment is completed, shipping will begin and cancellation may not be possible.

When placing an order, please double check that there are no errors in the product before placing the order.

There is no cost to cancel.

Depending on the payment method, the refund may be subject to a deduction based on the cancellation fee of the payment service provider.

After shipping

Please return the item prepaid and we will charge you a cancellation fee.

After receiving the product

The returned item must be in new condition. If there are scratches or stains, we will not be able to cancel the order. Please note that if scratches, stains, or damage are found after the return, we will not be able to refund your money.

Regarding product returns/exchanges

If a problem such as a defective product or incorrect product occurs, we will cover the costs and replace the product.

Defective Products

We will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge (including shipping). We will not replace everything with a new product. In principle, we will deal with the part where the defect occurs. Wrong shipment

Differences in product specifications

Products are improved each time they are manufactured. We cannot promise that we will send you the product model with the latest manufacturing date. If there is no improvement information in the catalog information, it is during a period of mixed inventory. If you purchase multiple products, the product may have been improved. In this case, we will respond based on the catalog information and only exchange the parts that differ from the catalog information.

Accidents during delivery

Please contact us. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible, at our expense, including shipping costs. After that, we will coordinate with the relevant companies and take appropriate action.
