| Delivery time of the product |
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item immediately. Normally, it takes about 2 business days for the product to be shipped. If the shipment is delayed due to bad weather, the convenience of the delivery company, or any other reason, we will notify you by email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. |
| Product delivery method | After shipping arrangements are made by our company or Rakuten Logistics, to which we have outsourced part of our shipping operations, the product will be delivered by Japan Post or other shipping companies. |
| Handling of items that have exceeded the storage period |
Any products returned after the storage period has expired will be stored for one month until we hear from you. We will refrain from contacting you. As soon as we receive your contact, we will charge you the reshipment fee (one-way shipping fee) and reship the item. |
