[Quick adjuster QI & USB]
The Power Grip QI & USB model, which features "camera exposure," "compactness," and "firm fixation," had the drawback that the wireless charging position shifted depending on the size of the smartphone. The Quick Adjuster QI & USB allows the side arm to be minimized and the lower arm to be adjusted in length, making it compatible with a wider range of smartphone models. The small size of the main unit also means that it has little impact on the visual appearance around the handlebars.

[QI charging & USB charging]
QI wireless charging and USB power can be used with the vehicle's 12V voltage.
*Adjust the lower arm so that the wireless charging position of your smartphone model is set in the center of the holder. When doing so, please check in advance that the side button does not interfere.
■Output: QI 15W/10W/7.5W/5W, USB (Type C) 36W (5V3A/9V2A/12V3A) *Charging will be performed at the power required by the model.
■12V input: Connect to the vehicle's 12V power source to use wireless charging and USB power. *Cannot be used with battery-less vehicles, 6V, or 24V battery vehicles.
■USB input: Cannot be used with USB input.
■Waterproof: IP66 waterproof, can withstand sudden rain.
■Power switch: This product does not have a power switch, so please connect it to an accessory power source or unplug the SAE connector after turning the key off. When ACC is turned on, the indicator light on the top of the back lights up and QI wireless charging and USB power can be used. If there is no output for 1 minute, the indicator light will turn off, but a dark current of 2mA will be generated.

■Note: If you are not familiar with voltage drop (including professionals), please wire the negative directly to the negative battery terminal. Body earth can only be used if it is confirmed that the resistance between the negative battery terminal and the earth point is 0Ω. Do not connect to earth at points with unstable resistance such as the handle. Please be careful of voltage drop due to reduced contact area of crimp terminals. *The voltage of the earth resistance is normal without load, but the voltage drops when a load is applied. To check the power supply, be sure to measure the load voltage under the following conditions. (When the wiring is connected and the circuit is established, the power switch of the smartphone holder is ON, and the probe is placed on the SAE connector with a gap to measure) *Voltage measurement without load does not determine whether the power supply is good or bad.
[Quick lever type]
A quick-lever type that tightens like a vice to hold your smartphone in place. The deep arm provides excellent structural holding power in addition to the clamping pressure.
① Turn the dial on the left to adjust the arm in advance so that the smartphone is firmly fixed when the lever is tilted down. →② Insert the smartphone and tilt the lever to fix the smartphone in place. ③→ Raise the lever to remove the smartphone from the top.
*If the shape of the side of the smartphone is gourd-shaped or uneven due to the influence of the smartphone case, etc., you may not be able to insert or remove the smartphone by operating the lever alone. In that case, you will need to adjust the dial each time.
[Air Mount]
The standard air mount floats the holder with an air cap like an air suspension, efficiently absorbing high frequencies caused by engine vibrations and reducing the risk of damage to the smartphone camera's image stabilization function. It has a vibration reduction effect that exceeds that of a separate vibration absorber, and improves posture stability against gaps such as steps.
[1 inch ball mount]
1-inch ball type that is easy to attach to the handlebars. The bar mount and intermediate mount are all made of aluminum alloy. Powder coating with high film strength provides high durability against scratches and corrosion. The ball mount structure is prone to theft, but by adopting a security structure that only opens until the angle can be adjusted, there is no need to worry about the holder being removed, and the angle can be adjusted at any time without special tools. The ball is coated with non-slip TPU.

We cannot guarantee the product if it is not installed or handled correctly. Please note that we are only responsible if the product is found to be defective, and we are not responsible for any damage other than the product. In the unlikely event that a defect in our product causes an accident or damages the user's property or body, and compensation for damages to the customer is legally recognized, we will handle it under the product liability insurance that we have subscribed to.
What is a product defect?
A product defect is a malfunction which can be restored to the original specifications of the product by repair or replacement. However, cases where the product specifications (specs, functions) do not meet the user's requirements are not considered product defects.
What is an initial defect?
If a malfunction occurs due to defects caused by individual differences in materials or manufacturing during normal use within 6 months of purchase, and the symptoms can be clearly confirmed in advance with images or videos, it may be considered a manufacturing defect, and we will first mail a replacement product free of charge. After receiving the product, you will use the return envelope enclosed and return it to us for inspection. If the product is not found to be defective upon inspection, we will replace it for a fee. Even if it is within 6 months, depending on the product and the state of damage, it may not be considered a manufacturing defect. We will handle it as a manufacturer's warranty, not as a manufacturing defect.
What is a manufacturer's warranty?
If a breakdown or other problem occurs during normal use due to defects caused by individual differences in materials or manufacturing, etc., we will repair or replace the product free of charge within the warranty period set for each product (including shipping costs for repair or replacement). The purpose is to protect customers from damage caused by damage to products that would not normally be damaged due to individual differences in the product. In addition, the purpose is to understand the product-specific defects and characteristics that are discovered through actual use, and use this information to improve the quality of products that we plan in the future.
Warranty period
The warranty period is from the date of purchase to the date stated in the product information. If the warranty period has expired, repairs or replacements will be available for a fee. For products that cannot be repaired or replaced, please purchase a new product.

Regarding defect inspection
The cost of returning the product for inspection will be refunded if it is covered by the product warranty. If there is no problem with the product, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping fee. Please be aware of this in advance. We strive to narrow down the cause of the defect as much as possible before returning the product so that the shipping fee is not borne by the customer. After-sales service staff cannot visually grasp the actual situation, and the problem assumed by the after-sales service staff may differ from the actual problem based on verbal or written explanations alone. Please be sure to attach photos and videos, and perform troubleshooting as much as possible before the after-sales service staff provides guidance. Regarding cash on delivery
If you return the item cash on delivery, we will refuse to accept the item unless you make a reservation for cash on delivery. We will only accept the item if you have made a reservation in advance.

When you report a malfunction in an electrical item, we will send it back to you for inspection, and there may be no problem with the product itself.
The power supply may be the cause, such as poor contact of crimps , high resistance due to terminal corrosion , loose fuse holders , short circuits due to wiring rubbing , and concentrated wiring due to the addition of electrical equipment . In the unlikely event that there is no problem with the product, we ask that you cover the round-trip shipping costs (including postage and return envelope fees). Regarding returns at your discretion

Items that cannot be guaranteed
The following items cannot be guaranteed:

- Minor sensory symptoms that do not affect the quality or functionality of the product (abnormal noise, vibration, operating speed, smoothness of operation).
- Product defects caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, accidents, and fires.

- Product defects caused by processing or modification of the product (excluding product defects not caused by processing or modification)
- Product defects that the user can discover and fix, such as loose bolts and nuts, as well as defects that are left unattended and cannot be fixed.
- Product defects caused by failure to follow the usage instructions covered by the warranty.
- Product defects that occur when the product is used under severe conditions that exceed normal usage, such as the usage environment, usage conditions, frequency of use, or number of uses.
- Damage caused by input force exceeding that expected under normal use.
- Problems with product characteristics. (Problems with product performance that cannot be improved by repair or replacement)
The following items cannot be covered :
- Costs for parts, repairs, maintenance, etc. other than the Product damaged due to the defect.
- Costs such as labor costs incurred when returning products for inspection.

There is a storage limit for your items.
If it is discovered that the cause of the defect is not the product itself, but the power supply, installation method, or handling method, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee that we would normally cover. If you do not pay, we will store the product for one month, and if the period is exceeded, we will refund at least 10% of the purchase price and dispose of the product.
