* Target version name: The update contents are the same as 20240612. If you have updated to 20240612, there is no need to update again.

■Service campaign

It has been confirmed that the following symptoms occur when updating using the download version.

"Settings are different from the default settings"

"The power won't turn on or it freezes"

■Target: Open the version from settings and check the update date "2024 XXXXX release".

Applies to versions prior to 20240431 at the time of purchase.

*Please use the download version from the time of purchase 20240501 onwards.

■ Update contents

• This includes fixes to prevent bugs from occurring when updating the download version.
• The frequency currently in use is displayed on the home screen so that you can check the setting status of "Indoor Mode W52" and "Outdoor Mode W56DFS".

■Limit of one per household

You can update as many devices as you like with one microSD card. KDR-D11 and KDR-D21 are limited to one card per household.

*Once you receive your SD card, please update it following the update procedure.

*The following procedure is specific to this product (SD card containing update data).

■ Update procedure

1. Please insert the SD card containing the update data before starting.
2. Power on your Smart Ride Display.
   
3. Once started, the update will begin automatically.
4. Please wait a few minutes for the update to complete.
5. Once the screen has finished, remove the SD card containing the update data.
   
6. Turn off the power once and then turn the Smart Ride Display back on.
7. After that it will work normally, check the version in the settings and if it has been updated the process is complete.
